This is a legally binding agreement between you and Sacred Phoenix and you should read it carefully. By signing up for this service you will be bound by the agreement set out below.
If your application to be an Advertiser is accepted by Sacred Phoenix you are (among the other matters below) agreeing to be bound by any registration and bids forms ("Registration Form") that you complete (either online or offline) which shall form part of this Agreement. You will also remain at all times primarily liable for payment under this Agreement regardless of whether you are an advertising agency, media buyer or representative of a third party whose Keywords (defined below) are being advertised as part of the Service (defined below).
The Advertiser Service
Sacred Phoenix makes certain search facilities available to users of the World Wide Web ("Users").
Search Facilities are found as a service on Sacred Phoenix third party licensee web sites and applications (as links and integrated functions) and also on Sacred Phoenix's own websites (including, without limitation, Sacred Phoenix.com Site).
Users search for search results through the Search Facilities by using keywords. Search Facilities produce search results based on the Keywords ("Search Results") that contain both: a) Advertisers' paid-for listings (which have been pre-specified by the Advertiser) ("Listings") ordered by amount bid; and b) traditional search results not necessarily listed in any particular order.
Advertisers can bid for Keywords to have their Listings displayed as part of the Search Results where the Listings are ordered by the amount bid.
Affiliate Services
1. Your website must written in English. (adult,warez, MP3s, ROMs, EMUs and other illegal content websites are not allowed).
2. Only one account is allowed per company or organization. You may use this account for as many domains,websites,or web pages as you wish.(the only case you can sign 2 account is one for site use xml,and other account for common affiliate code.)
3. Do no Spam.
4. Do not Cheat. If found using BOT or any other software to generate clicks or seen targetting only high bidded keywords, we will delete your account and may proceed with legal action. You cant use paid to read or paid to surf or paid to search or paid to click traffic to get clicks. We dont allow incentivized tarffic at all.
5. We can cancel your account anytime if you break the terms.
6. We accept world wide webmasters. But you will receive results according to your country.
7. All valid clicks must be a result of a user performing a search by entering keywords into a search box or clicking on a text link. In either case, the search results displayed must exactly match the keyword phrase being searched. Any Web page that contains a Paid Link must only be viewable after a query is made by a User.
8. To prevent fraud clicks, Only clicks from Unique ip in 24 hour will be paid. If the same ip clicks several times in a day, it will be count only more time depending on time and referrer and other factors. Right to decide these factor is with Sacred Phoenix.com only.
9. All clicks from open proxy will not be count.
10. We pay affiliates daily via paypal and egold if minimum earning is 5USD. Sacred Phoenix affiliate program is intended to be used at any country but traffic will count according to your country. Default payment currency will be US Dollar. We dont allow direct incentive given to visitor for making searches and clicks on Sacred Phoenix.com and any type of fraudulent activity will result in termination of your account with us.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. All information gathered by us from you in connection with your use of this site will be governed by the provisions of the Sacred Phoenix privacy policy. We do not control the privacy practices of those sites to which we link and, therefore, we encourage you to read the privacy policies of those sites.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Sacred Phoenix Interactive and its affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
General Information
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of this site, superceding any prior agreements between you and us. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. |
